My Fusion Kitchen

Due to family matters, I only have limited time to cook during my "break" this year.

With lots of "observation" through FO, here are some of the dishes that I have mastered.

[Left]Spicy eggplant with minced beef [Right] Potato short rib soup



[Left] Kimchi tofu soup [Right] Blue Fin Tuna and veggie with miso sauce

Still haven't have a chance to try the potato pancake. This was on my list to do for a while but haven't have time to make it. Wish I'll make is as good as Lee HyoRi
